Worst cable I've ever used.

Don't trust the other two reviews. People who call this cable good either have hearing issues or they don't play professionally. Coiled guitar cables are the worst things you can buy for your guitar. There are valid reasons why coiled cables went obsolete. Coiled cables act like a coil of wires, their resistance is far higher than straight cables. Thus not only they have far higher noise than modern straight braided shield cables but they also tend to roll off high end. If that isn't enough the micro-distortions generated by the coils throughout the cable completely messes up the tone of your guitar.. If you are looking for a guitar cable that has minimal noise, and neutral sound signature then steer clear of these cables. They sound horrible and noisy for high gain usage. I tried using them with my Laney Ironheart and was appalled by the horrible noisy tone this cable produced. Raw D.I. tracks recorded with these cables are absolutely unusable for re-amping because they are never clean and clear. Shame on Fender for fooling people by using Jimi Hendrix's name. Too bad, hipsters who have no idea about good guitar tones and blind Jimi fanatics will still buy this cable. As of me, I am going to donate it to some hipster or Jimi fanatic, I have no use for this worthless cable. I rue the day I wasted my money on them.

Ive been using this for a couple of weeks now. The sound is much better than a cheaper cable I was using earlier and the jacks seem to be sturdy. The cable is slightly heavy but thats fine I guess
