They will only lick your shoes till you place an order. After that, you're pn your own. Ordered an Ibanez RG421HPAM, and then these people took me for a nice ride. I got my first order on 15th April and immediately notified them.
After waiting for 2 weeks and endless calls to expedite the replacement I was constantly told that they will ship a new one from their international vendor and that's the reason it's taking time.
Received the replacement on 2nd May only to find that even that is faulty. Don't bother calling their customer care. Either they are complete braindead or think customers have no idea about instruments.
I was told that's how the guitar design is.(atleast come up with a better cover up)
To say that I am disappointed with Bajaao's Quality Control is an understatement. Stay away from these scammers. Your money is better spent buying from smaller stores who will not rip you off.
