Hello,I was orderd the Ibanez RG370DXZ Electric Guitar. 33 days later I received the same brand and the same number Guitar. But the parcel was smashed and wet. The company says the service engineer have to do quality check, its take 3 days. But no one open box and checked and even not cleaned. So I received an UGLY GUITAR. My son was trying to clean the frets, but still ugly. Iam thinking to bring to work shop to clean the brand new Guitar. I was checking other shops the guitar is cheeper then Bajaao but other shop don't have the hard case. Any way this kind og Expensive instruments sending by INDIAN DOMESTIC POST is stupit idea. I am lucky becsuse Guitar dosent damage by water. The parcel was wet and smashed. If this parecl is one of the electronic mixer or other Items finished. I have 42,159 points. But I am not Interested to buy things from BAJAAO. If they will change the courier options and dispatch faster can think about it. The Helpdesk is not OK, very slow and useless. I understood their is not enough staffs, must increase the quandity of enough people. Not only increase the business. I give you 3 STARS. Because of the couriour company and the delay dispatch and never check and never clean the Guitar.
one of the best guitars that Ibanez has ever made coming from the now legendary rg series. fret Superstrat shaped guitar mainly meant for Rock and Metal but after playing this for a few weeks I can safely say that its comfortable with most genres. It has 2 Knobs, A volume and a tone with a 5-way selector which makes it simpler than most guitars. It still uses Infinity Pickups which are quite hot and sound magical when driven through my marshall mg 50cx. I've only gigged once with this guitar but it was perfect, bottom line - If this guitar ever got stolen or lost, I'd definitely go out and get another one. :)
Its a BEAST!!. The playability is superb as with all ibanezes,great fast thin neck nice tall frets making bending notes a breeze .The trem surprised me pleasant ,great tuning stability. The guitar well set up straight out of the box, just had to a little tweaking with the spring tension and its was good to go. Overall I am extremely happy with BAJAAO and my new IBANEZ
