This guitar was shipped to me without
(1) a proper quality check
(2) a playable setup.
They didn't even check if the allen key provided with the guitar fits into the truss rod nut. The fretboard had an extreme back bow and when I took it to a guitar tech for a setup, it turned out they Allen key provided was incorrect. Also, the truss rod was jammed. I had to take it to a luthier to get it fixed. Not the first time Bajaao has done a shoddy job in quality check. I bought a fender dreadnought from them and the action was so high that it was unplayable. When I called customer care they just blamed it on climate(?) and shipping. If you can't properly ship instruments like guitar then you shouldn't sell them online.
It's better to go to a local shop to buy instruments like guitar as one can check its feel and playability. I have decided not to buy from Bajaao any more.
