The overall service provided by bajaao is not great. The guitar is good. The amp that they sent me was not working. I asked for replacement and it's been more than two weeks and they haven't done anything about it.

This is an amazing bundle for the price. Electric guitar is of good quality and the accessories are good. Although I wish mine came with a shoulder strap and guitar strum which I guess are pretty standard.

Great bundle! The Guitar and the Amp both sound good. The finish of thr guitar could have been a little better in areas where plastic was cut to accommodate the pickup selector etc. But at the price it is being offered that would be just nitpicking.

Not worth it
The action on the guitar as shipped was way, way too high. I loosened the truss rod and lowered the bridge height, but had to finally go to a professional technician to get it set to "low-action & no buzz". Each time it is tuned, the action becomes high. Cheap wood, cheap finish, especially on the bridge humbucker pickups. If you're a beginner-to-intermediate player, do yourself a favour, go to a store and test and buy a Fender Squier or Epiphone Les Paul. This Vault will ruin your wrist and the joy of learning guitar. As others have mentioned, the Laney amp is adequate (and quite loud). Pickups are powerful and toner settings are good.
