After using this RT 30K with my TD 9 module, I found it great for hybrid sound and moreover, kick sound has got a new dimension with this trigger. An unique way to explore the sound of acoustic drums. Must recommend this. Also looking for the RT 30 HR.
It's an amazing product, both RT30K and RT30HR, I am using this and got a very punchy hybrid kick sound while playing on acoustic drums, a right way to explore new sounds on bass drum as well as on snare. Recommend this for all enthusiastic drummer.
It does a pretty great job. Sensitivity is solid. Has a slight volume issue between rim shots and when you hit the head directly, but other than that it's a really good trigger.
