The customer service did not respond timely I had to follow up with calls and multiple emails. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and still no one has come to pick it up.

I bought this headphone for my gig, audio quality is great and build quality is sturdy. Headphones cord is rubber and looks fragile, since there is no numark service in India this piece is not recommended for regular use. I purchased this headphone hoping to have better noise isolation than my previous headphones but it didn't meet the expectations.Coming to bajaao service, they give an excellent service to customers. One of the lady supervisor gave special discount so I got the piece for less than the displayed price. I called bajaao to inform them about my Sunday's gig and they got my product delivered in 2 3 days. Very happy with bajaao service
