Excellent preamps, DAC and ADC

I purchased this after using a Behringer U-phoria 404HD for the past 3 years. The preamps and DI when used with my Lewitt mic and electric guitar are leaps and bounds above the 404. Clean, full-bodied, excellent transients and low noise floor, and great harmonics. Recorded audio sits well in the mix without much processing so this could easily be used to make commercial tracks. The dynamic range of the DAC is amazing and really makes untamed transients much more apparent.I have 2 sets of monitors, and A/B-ing and mono-ing them with the press of a button makes my life so much easier. I have not had any problems with the drivers running on Windows 10.

I know from checking forums that people have complained about stability with their past drivers, but the new version 4 has been rock solid.

iD44's connectively is insane for the ₹'s and the box feels reassuringly solid so I expect to grow into all the features of the interface.

Initial impressions are outstanding.

Audient ID 44 is one of the best interfaces I have used in this price range. It delivers pristine quality, yet fits in the budget and has all the controls that is required. People moving from Focusrite will have some trouble getting used to this beast. I fell in love with iD44 the moment I opened the box!

The best sounding interface I have ever heard! And this is from someone whos worked with Apogee, Universal Audio etc... the converters and preamps are just incredible and nothing in this price comes even close.
