Misleading information

I ordered an open box casio keyboard. The online instrument details provided that the keyboard is accompanied with a power adapter. After getting the shipment delivery I found out that the adapter was missing in the box. After contacting the Bajaao support representative, they inform me that since it’s an open box, the power adapter is not part of the shipment.
Well if you are not going to provide some hardware/parts in the open box, then do mention that on the product information page as well. Do not misguide the customer with wrong information and then inform the customer after issue is raised. I am very disappointed with the service and really doubt I will use it for future purchases. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
