I am using this microphone and the quality is very great and very less or no noise when i set my preamp around 60-70%.Happy with the purchase
using it for 3 years and more years to go. You will blow out by the quality of this microphone in this price segment. Used it for both vocal recording & tracking acoustic guitar. Audio quality is superb. Apart from audio quality, it comes with a plastic hardcase and the microphone build quality is also too good. If you have a home studio setup & running out of money, then blindly go for this microphone. You won't regret.

This is the first time I am setting up a studio and Samson C01 is my first mic. Somehow, I feel the mic is very sensitive. I mean to say, to really hear the sound, we have to stay very close to the mic. Since this is my first experience with studio, I don't know if this issue is with this particular mic, OR with the audiobox, OR that is how it is.
By the way, I bought audiobox, monitors and other studio products from bajaao, and purchasing experience with them have been wonderful. I purchased the items in 3 different orders. All of them were delivered almost on time, with very neat packing and prompt updates on the delivery status. Thanks to bajaao.
don't think too much this one is the best budget microphone you'll find anywhere
I recommend it for beginners/home studios...Its a good product for the price..Go for it!!
I purchased the mic. For Rs 6014 and had paid the amount but after 16 hours if you will change the price to Rs 7200+,and you calling me to pay more money...then what is my fault?Why should I pay for difference amount now
Very big diaphragm and very much senaitive and can capture all the sound when recording drums (1mic user)
It is a good microphone at this price point. But try to invest a little more and go with sE X1A/MXL 770/AKG P120, as they produced better output. Definitely this isn't the best one, but with EQ and some post processing it sounds better. Go for it only if you have this much budget.
