This is my first electric guitar amplifier, therefore had doubts regarding the open box online, before ordering, that too without checking before hand, but got a great piece of hardware. Looks and plays like brand new. Was tested by the Bajaao team before dispatch, as told, so no complaints there.
The only gripe is related to the tracking of delivery.
Please build an option of tracking the product without contacting support. I had to contact support each time I wanted to know the status, they replied, but there is always an unnecessary delay.
