I've been looking for a China cymbal for many years but it's always too expensive. This is an outstanding china crash and half the price of a comparable Paiste.
I have owned three Stagg chinas in different sizes. For the price, and being 18B, these are great. Very explosive in the larger sizes, a bit dull in the smaller sizes when played softly. I'm under the impression they're all the same thickness, no matter the size.It's not high end, but it's as close as you can get for that kind of money.I like my chinas very trashy and less bright and clean like a Zildjian A for example. Stagg chinas fit the bill, and are really reasonably priced. Just throw one on your next order and try it out.
