Being a customer I feel cheated on the quality of the product

I purchased Audio-Technica 2020. The item received is absolutely unacceptable. because the package is fully damaged and looks worn out and used. Inside package the item is kept just uncovered without adequate seal and protection. The item looks second hand and used. There is no freshness of a new product and has got many scratches all over the product. Being a customer i feel cheated on the quality of the product. I am dissatisfied with the product and is unwilling to accept it, there for i request u to initiate the return of the item and replace with a brand new product or to refund the money. Waiting for favourable action.
