At first i didn't know what is open box,i simply ordered it without knowing about the bajaao's open box overlooking point of view..i was initially worried . like what if the ukulele had more damages ! Blah blah.. but once i got my ukulele delivered i was happy .. because there are no major scratches or anything ... and for overall service and delivery i give 5/5.. and the ukulele sounds very good.. there is no tuning problem , since i have got ukulele i have been frequently using it and still tuning is good..soo it is definitely good if you over look minor scratches or dents..thanku bajaao for your good service
