We were first apprehensive on what we would get by ordering online. But its all good, we received a fine product and sounds pretty good. Cons: the cover looked old with white mold across the top of it. It went after wiping with a damp cloth. The packing department could take care in inspecting all this is removed before sending. The carton box also came with a deep gash which I highlighted to the courier delivery person. But there was no damage made to the product or cover.
