Worst service and the most ridiculous e commerce website ever

Bajaoo . Com provided us 9 years old manufactured product. An electronic device has a shelf life and cannot last very long. All tampered packing. I cannot believe that after complaining on customer care no response from the company
When I asked to return such age old product they said it will be charged 500 rupees for return
