Perfect Delivery in good condition . Loving it , woukd definitely recommend for metal guitarists.
I had been contemplating buying a 7 string guitar for the past few months and I had set my eyes on the Schecter Damien Elite 7 model since I was familiar with the model having played it before. After some consultancy from my friend Sidharth Kadadi, who works in Bajaao, I came across the Ibanez RGIR27FE and having played Ibanez guitars before, I chose to trust the brand and order the guitar. The guitar arrived 3 days after it was shipped. The Bajaao help-desk was very supportive and guided me through making the purchase to receiving the order and that was relieving! So now about the guitar - The Ibanez RGIR27FE comes in an all gloss black body finish with an off white binding and cosmo black hardware. It features a basswood body, the legendary Ibanez Nitro Wizard 7 3-pc Maple/Bubinga neck bolt on, a Gibraltar Std II-7 bridge and a 3 way pick up switch with a volume knob. Added feature is a kill-switch that lets you create a live strobe effect (Check out Buckethead if you don't know what I am talking about). This axe is loaded with the EMG 707 active humbuckers on the bridge and neck. After holding it for the 1st time, the first feel that I got was that this axe is built to take on a long set like a boss. She has a strong and rugged structure and looks very very durable. The finish of the guitar looks mean and from it appearance and feel, she's a keeper for sure. 9/10 Ibanez necks have a legendary status attached to them and it continues to be so with this model as well! I have played other 7 strings but the neck on this guitar is a class apart. Its smooth as butter and if you have been playing guitars since before, adjusting to the neck of this guitar really won't take much time. The EMG pups deliver like they have been doing for many years, the 707s sound resoundingly close to the 81-7s, just lacking a teeny bit in tonal body, but that is something that can be easily tweaked on the amp/gtr fx pedal. I prefer the clean tones of the 707s than the hi gain ...
Great feel and tone you just cannot beat this for a 7 string. Theonly downside I would say is thekillswitch but I have not writtenanything to use it.
