Strong & beautiful build quality (have the absolutely stunning White model), extensive controls & customization, excellent keybed, &wonderful integration with Analog Lab & various DAWs makes this one of the best MIDI controllers you can buy today. The three buttons for selecting Analog Lab, DAW & User modes are a real time saver & an excellent implementation.I mostly use the User mode where I have created a custom preset that suits my workflow. For the DAW commands section, it comes with magnetic overlays for DAWs like Logic Pro X, Studio One, Cubase, Repear, Pro Tools & Live. Unfortunately, I use FL Studio. However, I have put the Studio One magnetic overlay on my keyboard, as it matches almost all the controls in the DAW commands section. Using Bome's MIDI Translator Classic & LoopMIDI tools, which are available for free, I have customized all the DAW command buttons & the 16 RGB pads to control various DAW shortcuts. It really helps speed up the workflow. I have setup knobs/faders/buttons to the right to control the software instruments inside FL Studio using "Override generic link..." feature. Except the transport controls & the big encoder & nearby buttons in the center, you can customize everything using the MIDI control center. If you are planning to buy a MIDI controller, I would strongly suggest giving this a thorough look. If you are on the edge, V Collection 6 for free is a big enough incentive to get across. :)Registration process: Register the serial number that comes in the flyer inside the box in your Arturia account.
