4. CHEQUE/DD/DIRECT CASH DEPOSIT
You can deposit a cheque OR Demand Draft OR do a cash deposit into any of our Bank's ATM Dropbox/branch near you. The cheque should be in favor of BAJAAO MUSIC PVT LTD and you must mention our account number behind the cheque. You can also mail us the At-Par Cheques and Demand Drafts. Please do not mail us cheques unless they are "At Par" cheques.

Very rarely, there are cases wherein an order gets placed from your end but the product has just gone out of stock and has not updated on our portal. In such a case, we try to immediately inform the customer. Our customer service team gives you a call/contacts you on email and makes sure we either find you an alternative right product, let the customer know when new stock is expected or cancel your order. In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, the money is wired back to the customer within 10 to 15 business days.
Please note that in-case the product remains unavailable for 10 business days, a full refund may be automatically issued to the customer.
The actual shipping transit time is 4-6 working days anywhere in India. Most customers receive their product(s) within 5-7 business days of placing their order.
The process is as follows:

Then the product is shipped.
Moving a product from our warehouse or a supplier's warehouse to our office usually takes 2-3 days. After this, the product is tested and packed. Depending on the workload and number of pending orders, which are always more than we can handle, this can take another 3-4 day.
Note: Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays.
Musical instruments and pro audio equipment are fragile and sensitive products and need to be tested and packaged carefully. While we are unable to ship at lightning fast speeds, our methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate in India, and we'd like to keep it that way. We have tried and tested the services of almost all courier providers in India and have selected these vendors based on their charges, service, safety, and proximity to our warehouse and office. Depending on your location, your product will be shipped by these courier services.
Our packaging philosophy is simple: It ain't packed unless you can play football with it.
Since over 90% of our orders are shipped outside Mumbai, we have naturally developed considerable experience and expertise in the art of packaging and shipping. The average time we spend on packing a guitar is 45 minutes, and for a drumkit, we spend almost 1.5 hours! We use the following materials to ensure shipping safety:

Further, all instruments shipped from BAJAAO comes with free transit insurance. In the remote event of your instrument getting damaged during shipping, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
