I have always liked Jazz 3 for how they feel in the hand, super fast but accurate, these ones extra grippy and overall better than the Nylon variant in my opinion.

Honestly, this is my first using Jim Dunlop jazz iii plectrums, I was expecting them to be much larger than what they are. These are actually really small, but, from my personal experience, I have realised that these force me to play more cleanly and be precise with the picking. So this was a delightful mistake. I'm still adjusting my grip with these but they are definitely affecting my picking positively, also they are thick and pointy plectrums which i really like. The Max grip is an added bonus as it prevents the pick from slipping out of my hand because of sweat.
