Recieved product has fault, and it's been a month now that they haven't been able to arrange a return pickup. Their support executives are extremely casual, everytime i call they pretend to investigate the issue and confirm that they have forwarded the the pickup request to their courier partner and thereafter they don't have any responsibility for the next course of action. Then the pickup never happens and I'm still waiting for a month now. Everytime i write to the support ticket, they don't even read it properly and there is the same default response of pickup being scheduled. I have been a customer of bajaao since the time of their inception 10-15 years ago, and then their owner used to take calls and get hands on in meeting customer commitments, and now there is not even a way to contact somebody higher in the management to get the issue resolved.. such a bunch of lethargic seller they have become
