(Daily 10AM - 7PM)
This is a guitar that you need to play regularly. It's a very versatile instrument. Excellent for Jazz, Blues, Classic rock.
Metal sounds alright on this guitar.
You've got to maintain this instrument. The colour is just excellent.
General:- Looks stunning; the colour combo looks better in real than in the photos.- Maple neck and fretboard are of unfinished type, not the type you get on Fender Telecasters which has a kind of plastic wrapping. This, however, does not impact your playing, and looks more natural.Pros:- Twin pivot tremolo system; this is MUCH better than the standard Fender/Squier 6 point tremolo system (Vintage tremolo). Twin pivot tremolos don't cause tuning issues as bad as the 6 point bridges, but they are obviously not as good as Floyd Rose systems.- Versatility: Strats are known for their versatility, and you can use this to play mellow blues right upto deafening metal. - If set up well, this is one of the easiest guitars to play due to low action.- Has amazing sustain! (when set up properly)Cons:- Volume/Tone knobs look quite cheap in quality.- Not sure if this is only for me or for all, the wood where the top screw for the strap resides in chips off over time. I'm scared to use the strap now fearing it's going to come off. I play sitting most of the time anyway, so, no big deal for me.
