The headphone volume switch and headphone input not working properly as when the headphone volume is increased.
Instead of what I ordered , I found another cheaper interface inside the FOCUSRITE SCARLET box. Really appalled by the poor service and unprofessional delivery of the company BAJAAO.
I complained after 8 phone calls to the company, then after 3 days the team arranged for a pick up of the wrong product delivered. After yet another 2 days the product was picked up . It's been 5 days and another 6 calls and I have entered to receive any intimation or confirmation that they have received the wrongly delivered product back.
I had a recording planned with my students and it didn't happen at all all thanks to BAJAAO.
