Smooth

I've bought Stubbys before and I like them. They're a tiny bit smaller than jazz 3s and have a smoother string attack and a warmer, less articulated tone. Grip is adequate but not remarkable. I find a shallower angle (closer to parallel with the strings) seems to work well with these picks, as well as a tighter grip. Note: what I recieved is NOT a "player's pack", just 6 picks in a Ziploc bag. I don't care ofc.

One of the best picks by Dunlop

2 mm and 3 mm size is very effective for fast picking and shredding. 3 mm size can also be used for bass guitar. I have used jazz 3 guitar pick but this one is better than that.

jazz stubby

I like the 2mm and 3mm better than the 1mm..as for the size it's a jazz size ..so note it down if one is not familiar with jazz series..it aint the regular size and is much smaller than the standard size...tip is sharp and pointed..very pinchy...

A pick that you can use for everything

The title is obviously subjective as it will depend on the kind of music that you play. I am assuming that you are/were a jazz iii user since this is kind of a specialized jazz iii pick in my opinion but with a few improvements. The tip is more pointy than a jazz iii and the edges are beveled. I found that this allows me to cut through the strings more easily. I tried all three gauges but found the 3mm ones to be most comfortable for me. One might think that with such a thick pick its difficult to strum. Not really. Initially you may find the pick slipping out of your hand but you get used to it rather quickly. I can do 32nd strums more easily with this as compared to a jazz iii. Despite its glassy appearance its not hard to grip due to the grooves made on its surface. The tone is more treble-y as compared to a jazz iii. One major downside is that it wears really quickly. The small ones are only made with Lexan (Nylon is used for the big stubbys). If only they made this with the material that they use for the Black Ice picks it would have been perfect.

Typical type of Jazz Style Picks

You would love them, if you play jazz plus they are good enough for picking at fast speed but not to forget getting use to hold of them is a little catchy. :)
