The product came in a very poor package with only bubble wrap and the plastic package, which was torn. Even the cymbal was slightly scratched due to the packaging. I had my show so didn't return the product but it's really disappointing how carelessly the product was sent. If I'm spending more than 15k on a cymbal I expect the product to be delivered with care and in a good package.
