10/12 keys not working

10/12 keys are not working - on a brand new keyboard. Bajaao can apparently not help as it is more than 14 days since the problem was reported; there were some genuine reasons why the keyboard could not be tested in time. I would like more support in techncial matters from Bajaao. regards
