It is a great student violin. Just change the strings and the bow with better quality ones when they get a little older (and when you have learnt the basics of playing) and you will get a fantastic violin with great sound. This will last you quite some time till you have reached a stage where you would need to upgrade. Thanks Bajaao! Just that it took some time before I received my order.
