Ive bought quite a bit from Bajaao. Nothing great or expensive, mostly only accessories like strings and cases. But if I had to get something more big or expensive, I sure would trust Bajaao. This is mostly because of their customer service team. They always reply to emails quickly and most of their resolutions are very customer centric. I've had two problems. One where a cable I bought from them stopped working after a month or so. I actually asked them if they could repair it or something, but they straightaway, replaced it with a new one. Also quite recently, I picked up a pair of Marvel straploks from them. I installed them on my guitar only to realize later on that the bolt size was not appropriate for my guitar and the strap button was very loose. Again, they came to the rescue and replaced the Marvel straploks with Dunlop ones (which worked perfectly by the way). All in all, brilliant customer service and a catalog of products which you most definitely can't find anywhere else. What's not to like.. :-) Keep it up Bajaao.

I contacted the Bajaao people dozens of times with my doubts and they responded again and again without getting annoyed! The Pluto guitar(HW41C-201SB) I ordered arrived in 1 day, I repeat, 1 DAY (mumbai- bangalore). I'm impressed by the speed, couldn't expect such a big package to arrive so fast! Kudos to you guys. Baught an Eric Clapton Signature Strat from these guys. Was sceptical of making such an expensive online purchase , but the price was similar to what it is in America, SO WENT AHEAD WITH IT. Couple of days back I posted a review on mouthshut.com I have shopped at bajaao.com a few times , few because my needs in the field of music have not be very frequent . But I have loved shopping on bajaao.com and many times I just keep browsing through their website checking all the products because its just a treat. I bought Audioengine speakers from this site and the product got stuck in the octroi for some import duty issue , but the people at bajaao were very cooperative and got the issue resolved. When the product was delivered , I had pay some octroi fee which was refunded immediately by bajaao , not to mention that I have been ultra happy with the product. I found this shop by a stroke of luck because I was searching for a good gigbag for my bass guitar which I failed to find in the shops in pune and so I resorted to google for help. This is the definitive online shopping place for musical stuff. You will find many products here that will be difficult to find elsewhere and I strongly recommend everyone to check the site.

I ordered a tube amp from Bajaao..they gave me a super discount of 7000 bucks, besides the 2000 bucks discount already mentioned on their website..a total of 9 thousand bucks! Cool! Then my amp arrived, but I noticed that one of the power tubes was malfunctioning...must have gotten bumped hard during transit or something. That, obviously isn't Bajaao's fault, cause they had packed it extremely well as usual. I contacted them and provided the serial number of the amp and asked them for a replacement tube..they replied they'll look into it and contact the amp makers. A couple of weeks later Bajaao emails me saying they will send me a brand new replacement tube FREE OF CHARGE!!! That is awesome! I am impressed. I placed an order for Elixir nanoweb strings on 26th of October 2012. The strings set was not available in the country - nor even online. The initial mail from Bajaoo.com informed that the expected delivery date would be 14th November as the item had to be imported from USA. I requested Bajaao.com if they could somehow get it before 10th Nov as I had a show on 18th Nov. They did not say no, but assured me that they will definitely try their best to. Just got my Fender Squier Vintage Modified Fretless Jazz Bass in record time! I was so vary of shopping for guitars online. Just bought a Takamine G340SC from Bajaao! Sounds like heaven. It was an awesome experience. There were a few problems earlier (suppliers not shipping the guitar for no reason) buy it was all sorted out later by their customer support. The best part of the whole transaction was the customer support! It was always supportive and kept assuring me that it would reach here in time. It took around 15 days the whole transaction but the delivery was safe and reliable and thats what matters the most when you're shipping fragile instruments. And they also gave me free Indian Metal/Alternative rock albums just because I was interested in the Indian rock scene but didnt know where to start!! It was really awesome doing business with you guys! And for once its good to buy from people who actually KNOW what they are selling! Great Customer Service. I had ordered Dimarzio Pots and Humbucker Pickup rings, for my guitar project. There was a delay in the dispatch of the order. However the Bajaao Customer service was very kind enough to call me Twice and let me know about the delay and also notifying me when I could expect the order delivered. This is in total contrast to Bajaao Competitor from whom, I had ordered some other parts. About buying it from bajaao. I would have liked a little more communication from them post order but they sent it in a good packing condition. So basically this will be my first review for Bajaao.com since it was my first purchase from them. The thought of buying musical gear online can be confusing since there are doubts on quality assurance and reliability. Been there, done that - hence putting in a few words to share my buying experience to give you clarity on what to expect. Google Bajaao.com and you'll see mixed reviews about them, which made me wary about buying from them. Anyways, after a detailed and long research, I found 3 other online vendors selling this product at the same price. Responsiveness - I decided to stick to Bajaao.com for the simple fact that the other 3 were quite unresponsive towards my queries. This is what I admired most about Bajaao.com - responses were fast and satisfactory. The SMS updates are a great mode of customer satisfaction. Price - Based on my market research, Bajaao.com had the lowest price on this particular product. I had also called up a few local stores and the prices were higher at these stores than what Bajaao.com was offering. Shipping - The product was shipped 3 days before the expected shipping date through Speedpost and reached me 3 days later (there was a Sunday in between). Packaging - The product was packed well in a thick cardboard box and was delivered wihtout any signs of damage. Although the packing was good, I would suggest that Bajaao.com use bubble-wrap too, since I don't trust the package handling of our Indian postal/courier services. Final verdict - Will surely make future purchases through them. Highly recommended to anyone out there planning to purchase musical gear. To clear your doubts, if any, send them an email regarding product availability and other concerns - that's what I did.

What in the name of god!!! you guys just amaze me again 'n again..wow! look at the range of products you have! 2 months back I brought many stuffs from amazon,which was brought home by my bro returning from US(saved me shipping cost!Thank god he was there!!)..now I see most of that stuff in Bajaao's stock!!(frankly i didn't expect this fast!!!),you must have hacked my amazon wishlist or something)!!;) so anyone out there, who is planning to ship something from abroad,just because you see an incredibly cheap price..well I SAY, IT WILL BE A BAD IDEA!! If it's some sort of an electronic item like an amplifier or even a guitar,it would burn a hole in your wallet,pocket and shorts! :P ..because the duties and taxes are sooo high!!(shipping charges not to be mentioned!!!!)..just visit www.dutycalculator.com/ to calculate the cost of importing your gear. Bajaao offers a great deal here..the prices are truly below the Officially listed prices even including the shipping! This site is packed with great stuff and you can nail some good deals . The people working behind are really experienced and can certainly tell you about the stuff you want . Believe me guys when I called Bajaao I was really confused but Mr. Roop Thomas Phillip took good care of me and told that I should go with Warwick BC 150 bass combo amp because it's new in the market and has some kick-ass feature and tone . Eventually his experience worked out for me . The amp is working great . This site is just awesome :D . I'll be ordering more !

At first i was skeptical about buying online but then i took a leap of faith and i am glad i did! the people at bajaao are extremely helpful and i cant say enough good things about the management. I can assure everyone else that bajaao is the way to go when it comes to purchasing online music-related equipment. I stay in Assam and not many choices are available here but i always wanted a seven string guitar, but a basic one as it was to be my first. The bajaao team offered sound advice and im glad i went with them. I purchased a cort evl k47b which they had recommended and i am a happy camper right now! p.s: Here is a instrumental track i recorded with the guitar and it sounds monstrous. I was highly sceptical on ordering from online and that too from a website no one has heard of. Took a risk with a ZOON G2.1Nu (awesome price, noone was able to beat that)... this was in 2010.. later after few months, decided to upgrade my gear... with a Jackson Warror WRXTX... price was just amazing.... and all the response, calls... were really good.. i ended up buying one VOX amp too. Even though the amp delivery got delayed, customer service personal were giving appropriate responses. so i felt safe. Would have bought a Yamaha keyboard also from this website, but had to go somewhere for the same, since BAJAAO doesnt offer the same. Now today, ordered a Fender Acoustic for my friend.. The way tou guys pack the stuff is amazing....Keep up the good work ... and you surely have a loyal customer in me....

I did a lot of research before buying from Bajaao.com. I checked prices on other websites like ebay, calculated the custom duties and taxes, shipping charges etc. & considered all possibilities of getting my products from my local dealer. Apparently Bajaao's price & policy was the best. These cats from Bombay city managed to deliver everything I desired within 2-3 weeks ( they took some time in procuring the goods from their partnered warehouses located in the U.S.A. but it was worth the wait.) I bought Line 6 recording consoles, A Behringer Condenser mic, cables etc. Everything was Brand new, and in good condition. Thanks for the amazing service. :)

These guys are simply AMAZING! i had few worst online shopping experience with the other music shop site (dont like to mention their name), i still didn't receive my package, i didnt hear from their support,. for a quite long time i used to visit bajaao and finally purchased a product. though its a small budget one they responded well for my e-mails and they said 5 to 7 days for delivery and i got it on the 4th day., if you ever decide to purchase gears online, better buy from these guys, i will buy more from bajaao and i recommend bajaao :)

These guys are just awesome got my drums and a few other thing from them they packed in loads of freebies. I cant believe the amount of things they stock. A few years back it was not possible to have such equipment's at such ease there were only limited options but now thanks to bajaao no musician can have any excuses. I recently bought a DEAN RAZORBACK V255 GUITAR with a vox vt 20+ amp and a vox vfs 5 footswitch from bajaao.This is the second time i'm buying a product from bajaao...i had bought a cort b5 bass before. I was contacting Bajaao for last 4 months and they never got annoyed.Finally got my guitar,processor and amp.It was a great deal at bajaao. BC Rich Kerry King V2+Boss me-70+Fender Mustang II.Everything reached me in great condition, no damage,etc. unfortunately the tremolo was not setup due to technical reasons.I was quite disappointed at first and i contacted bajaao. So Mr. Roop,Mr. Shawn and Mr. Ashutosh are always there on the other side to assist me through the setup procedure,etc. I have finally adjusted the tremolo and i am jamming out here!! Thanks to Bajaao for great deals, for teaching how to setup the tremolo(though indirectly) and for calling me a "spambot". Special thanks to Mr. Roop Thomas Philip. It has been a great experience shopping with BAJAAO. I ordered for an M-Audio Fasttrack Pro and a Spectra-Neutrik XLR Male-XLR Female cable. Got the parcel within 3 days from the payment. Was so happy to open the parcel and have a look at the equipments. The M-Audio Fasttrack Pro was perfect and fresh, ready for My home studio. :). But, I hooked up with a wrong cable, thats, XLR Male-Male. I called up Bajaao right away to solve the matter, and was totally surprised by their awesome service towards their customer..! Just picked up the Audioengine A2 from Bajaao. Earlier was in touch with them via email / tel, and their Responce was Very Prompt. Very satisfied with the correspondence...I needed directions to get there and they were very helpful. I wanted to hear the A2 before picking them up. Fortunately they had them set up with one of their computers. They had a couple of A2's in Stock. I had already decided on picking up the A2 before i got there, but I believe all of them working there are Musicians which is a really good thing. Great job guys.
