Ashutosh Pande - CEO

BAJAAO was started in 2005 by a young professional with experience in e-commerce technologies and a burning interest in music. Starting with zero capital and a very basic knowledge of business, he has succeeded in growing BAJAAO into a 5 Crore company. His leadership abilities, incorruptibility, and transparency have helped BAJAAO to become a household name among musicians all over India. Ashutosh is a well known guitar player and plays for extreme rock'n'roll band Khiladi. With a background in engineering and physics, he holds a masters degree in Ancient Indian Culture and is a keen student of Indian prehistory and culture. His hobbies are reading, traveling and biking.

Rajesh Joshi - Director
Our most experienced executive with, 14 years experience on Web solutions, Sales & Marketing, Internet commerce & building companies from scratch. Rajesh's business acumen, mentoring the young team and strategic inputs have been instrumental in the growth of BAJAAO.

Rajesh holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a Diploma In Sales & Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Deemed University), Mumbai, India. He also has a Masters Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute, Pune. An innate desire to build something of his own and passion to develop Software and provide solutions, prompted Rajesh @ age of 22 years to start his own Software Development Company. Rajesh founded  in 1999 and grew it to a company having offices worldwide and top corporate clients. Auriga Logic was sold in 2008. For the next 2 years based out of Dubai/London/Zurich, Rajesh worked as a consultant & provided advisory services to International companies within the Technology/Media/Entertainment/Dotcom industry.

Not able to resist getting back to India and the growing ecommerce trends in India, Rajesh joined BAJAAO in April 2010. Rajesh brings to BAJAAO his strong Business instincts, entrepreneurial experience of 12 years and business development. He is primarily responsible for Business development, Strategic partnersips & Customer support. He was instrumental and led the BAJAAO team during the acquisition process of BAJAAO by JMD Telefilms Industries Ltd.

Rajesh is the Director at BAJAAO Music Pvt Ltd and chairs many initiatives at BAJAAO. Rajesh runs his own business advisory firm Auriga Logic where he is actively executing plans for start-ups, listed Indian companies, Education service providers & International companies.

Nilesh Bhandari - CFO

Nillesh brings on board his vast financial knowledge and acumen. He is responsible for planning and executing strategic annual business operational plans, statutory compliance, working capital management, financial systems evaluation, and managing the controls around capital expenditure.

Shawn Pereira - COO

Shawn joined BAJAAO in 2007 and leads the customer support team. His ability to remain calm under extreme pressure gives him an edge. Shawn is the lead singer for popular alt band BLAKC.

Roop Thomas - Senior Manager - Sales and Marketing

Bassist par excellence, this dreadlocked rocker has been with BAJAAO right from the time he graduated, and is now leads our Customer Support team. Besides playing bass guitar for the popular band BLAKC, Roop also loves skateboarding and painting.

Sidharth Kadadi - Manager, B69

Armed with a degree from the prestigious Musicians Institute, Los Angeles, Sidharth is a passionate guitarist, best known for performing lead guitar duties for supergroup ZYGNEMA. In 2010, Sidharth was awarded "best guitarist" at the Yamaha Asian Beat finals held in Bangkok, coming out tops over a total of 674 guitarists from all over Asia who took part in the competition. Sidharth is currently setting up our music academy and also manages our flagship venue B69 (www.b69.in)

Mayank Sharma - Manager - Content

In a short span of three years, Mayank has become one of Mumbai's best known and most loved drummers. He is best known for his drumming duties in Atmosfear and Zygnema. Besides teaching drums, Mayank handles content on Bajaao.com and is responsible for maintaining our high standards of relevant product information and keeping our catalogue updated.
