Sales Representative - Inbound

Job Location: Mumbai, India

Summary: The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound customer calls and email leads and optimizing the customers buying experience by providing product expertise and and engaging customers in a consultative sales dialogue to maximize the sale of products and services.

Responsiblities:

• Promote, recommend, and sell Musical products and services utilizing consultative selling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and results.
• Articulate the advantages of our company over the competition.
• Communicate information during the initial call to minimize the need for future contact and escalation.
• Interpret, translate, explain, and provide applicable, accurate, and appropriate information with respect to products and services, policy and procedure, account status, marketing promotions and campaigns, and explaining billing and shipping details.
• Handle a high volume of calls covering the full range of customer needs in a prompt and professional manner, obtaining all information for transaction execution.
• Meet/exceed all performance expectations including products sales, add-on sales, call handling metrics, and quality standards.
• Practice continuous quality control in the processing of all customer orders to prevent any problems during order fulfillment.
• Summarize every interaction to prevent repeat calls or cancellations.
• Stay informed of current competitive offers and products in order to position company products/services in a confident manner.
• Adhere to quality standards, meeting sales and performance goals set by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, graduate, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Two to three years of sales experience.
• Ability to operate a computer and type 30 WPM.
• Demonstrated ability to Think Customer First, plan and work independently.
• Effective listening skills required.
• Effective verbal communication skills, including diction, grammar and tone.
• Ability to ask probing questions and correctly identify customer needs.
• Proven ability in objection handling techniques.
• Knowledge of company's musical and pro-audio products, services, marketing campaigns and save offers.
• Self-motivator, upbeat and with a high energy level.
• Strong customer focus, Team player and Strong work ethics.

Website Content Management Executive (E-commerce)

Summary: The Website Content Management Executive (E-commerce) will work under the Website Content Manager and is responsible for updating and managing the online catalog on Bajaao.com and optimizing the content to maximize the sale of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Understand and Analyze market and business needs to define optimal processes for content on and outside the website.
• Understand and gather requirements from catalogs about the product/project/campaign.
• Ability to define and drive processes for content production.
• Development of web content for Bajaao.com and associated portals.
• Editing and proof reading of content.
• Rewriting and modifying the existing content.
• Conceptualization of ideas to enhance the existing products on the site.
• Conducting quality checks for web pages before making them live.
• Work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment and create written content to suit business requirements.
